Tips
You have to consider that the person you are enticing doesn't know anything about your venue and event, perhaps they are not from the area.

Try describing some of the obvious material you may take for granted;

• The location/setting of the venue
• Room/area and how to find it within the venue
• Any attending dignitaries, celebrities or special guests
• Cost; admission, concessions, car parking
• Payment options; ie. free, pay on the door/booking required, cards accepted
• Times; doors open, start/end, how long the event will last and if there maybe any breaks
• Anticipated audience; ie. age group, expected numbers and/or capacity
• The facilities available; ie. refreshments, toilets, car parking
• Children; age restrictions, accompanied only?
• Dogs welcome/accommodated
• Suitable clothing
• Disabled facilities; ie. accessibility, hearing loops
• At least one image from either; previous event, artwork, venue, logo
