Skate Park

A recent addition to the Carlisle leisure scene is a skate-boarding park near the castle - an ideal place to chill out with friends, hone your board skills or simply watch others take part.

Incorporating six ramps of varying heights, the site is suitable for skate-boarders, rollerbladers and BMX riders. Open every day and floodlit until 10.00 pm, it's free for anyone to use, so there are no excuses for not ‘catching some big air'.
